I have taught art for 20 years, from private lessons to University classes. I am offering private and small group lessons in my studio at Kirkharle Courtyard. I offer classes in drawing, colour theory, landscape painting and portraits. Students can work in there choice of medium; watercolour,oil and acrylic paints.

Classes will be given in my studio at No 5 The Stone Barn at Kirkharle Courtyyard.  Landscape lessons will be given in my studio as well as out in location in the beautiful Northumberland countryside. Weather permitting class will be held out by The Lake designed by Capability Brown in his youth. We will discuss composition, colour theory and painting techniques.

I teach adults and children over the age of 10 years old who are interested in learning  about art and techniques. All levels, from beginners to more advanced, are welcome!

My studio is located on the first floor, unfortunetly it is not wheelchair accessible.

Workshops and Lectures

I am available for offsite day workshops in a variety of subjects, drawing, painting in watercolour and oil/acrylics, colour theory and developing composition.
