Tynemouth is a town and an historic borough in Tyne & Wear, England. It has a fantastic Victorian train station and great old Priory. The beach is very popular and again long and vast with a strange pile of boulders in the middle.
I like how you can see the great white Georgian houses running above the beach. Rock pools fascinate me. I love the deep shadows and reflections in the shallow water. I wanted to capture the contrast between the dark wet rocks and the sun lit beach.
